Cancelation & Refund Policy

Public Classes & Workshops

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for public classes.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the class will receive studio credit for a future class.
Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 24 hours before the class will receive studio credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, no-shows, or failure to contact us will not receive credit.
Studio credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used toward a class of equal or lesser value.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

All private party deposits are non-refundable.
Private parties canceled 30 days or more before the event may be rescheduled one time without penalty.
Parties canceled less than 21 days before the event will forfeit all payments and deposits.
If guests are paying individually and the event is canceled less than 21 days in advance, all payments will be forfeited.
If the party does not reach the minimum of 10 paid guests, the host is responsible for covering the remaining seats or converting the event to a public class.
Guests who cancel their individual reservation more than 24 hours before the event may receive studio credit, provided the event still takes place and minimum attendance is met.
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to contact us will not receive credit.

If Stroke of Genius Paint & Wine Studio must cancel an event for any reason, guests will receive the option of studio credit or a full refund.
