Terms of Service & Policies

The following Terms of Service apply to gift certificates, class reservations, and private party deposits. By booking with Stroke of Genius Paint & Wine Studio, you agree to these policies. Please keep a copy for your records.

Age Policy

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to attend unless accompanied by a parent or registered for a family or children’s class.

  • Guests under 21 may not bring or consume alcohol on the premises. All guests may be asked to present a valid ID.

Studio Conduct & Guest Behavior Policy

  • Stroke of Genius Paint & Wine Studio is a safe, welcoming, and creative space for guests of all ages. By attending an event, all guests agree to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and other guests.

  • No violence, aggressive behavior, harassment, or disruptive conduct will be tolerated.

  • This includes verbal abuse, physical altercations, intimidation, or inappropriate language.

  • Any guest engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave immediately, without refund or credit.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and supervision of children attending kids’ or family events.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or end an event early if guest behavior compromises the safety, comfort, or experience of others.

Alcohol & Substance Policy

  • Intoxicated or disruptive guests may be refused service or asked to leave without refund or credit.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

​Respect for the Studio & Materials

  • Guests are expected to treat the studio, furniture, artwork, and supplies with care.

  • Intentional damage to studio property may result in additional charges.

  • Stroke of Genius is not responsible for damage to personal belongings, including clothing—painting can be messy and fun!

Health & Safety

  • Guests participate in art activities at their own risk.

  • We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of supplies or failure to follow instructor guidance.

  • Please inform us ahead of time of any allergies, sensitivities, or accommodations needed.

Photography & Media Use

  • Stroke of Genius may take photos or videos during classes and events for promotional purposes.

  • By attending, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used unless they notify staff in advance.

  • Guests are welcome to take photos, but must respect the privacy of others.

Right to Refuse Service

Stroke of Genius Paint & Wine Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior that violates studio policies or disrupts the experience of others.
